We are currently experiencing a very high order volume, and shipping time might be longer than usual. We like to over-deliver so to keep it safe we take an averege of the following:

• all orders will be dispatched within 24-72 business hours
  
• shipping will take around 5-9 business days depending on your location. 

Before returning the goods, please contact our customer support at support@doverbellevue.com within 30 days of deliveryfirst so that we can sign in your return. Returns with no previous contact will not be accepted! You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to our warehouse in China.
